A native of Indiana and recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma, in August 2017 I will begin my first tenure-track post as an Assistant Professor of English and Director of First-Year Composition at Columbus State University in Georgia. When I’m not doing academic work, chances are I’m hanging out with my zoo (3 kitties, 5 parrots, and 2 bunnies) or catching up with friends and family scattered across the globe.
